Social Media Strategy

Cystic Fibrosis Monthly Social Media Content

To build meaningful connections with cystic fibrosis (CF) patients and their caregivers, I helped define, design and deliver monthly Facebook social media content. I navigated regulatory restrictions to create engaging content based on consumer habits. Since the page was unable to encourage likes and comments, I focused on creating content that CF patients and caregivers would be motivated to share with family and friends.

Women’s Empowerment Social Media Campaign

To support our client, and it’s partnership with an NGO for a women’s empowerment construction week, I crafted social copy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn channels.

With the goal of building awareness and encouraging the use of the branded hashtag, the campaign was a success.

Overall, the campaign received more than 1,059 mentions across Twitter, Forums, Blogs and Instagram, garnering more than 13.2 million potential impressions.

2019 Holiday Campaign

In order to catch last-minute shoppers, I contributed copy for more than 41 posts for Facebook and Twitter copy to engage the brand’s audience during the holidays.

Podcast Launch

To promote the podcast’s first episode, I crafted Facebook and Twitter social content and strategy to ensure a successful launch.

The first episode received more than 1,300 downloads within it’s first 30 days of release, ranking it in the top 20% of podcast episodes of all-time.

LinkedIn Healthcare Executive Thought Leadership

To enhance the brand of a health system client through its executives, I helped rebrand and manage the LinkedIn of the Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Officer.

From June – October 2019, I managed the account, using analytics and engaging content to increase her following by 37.8%, average post views by 30.5% and average post engagement 40.4%.

Podcast Production

Podcast Launch and Production

The client’s goal was to generate broad public and internal awareness of the company. Through this new podcast, we accomplished that by demystifying the technical aspect of their services and making the brand’s highly specialized sectors understandable to the general public. 

In a fireside chat format, FH worked to identify compelling guests and topics that supported the brand’s mission to “make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.”

I joined prior to the podcast launch, assisting the team with branding and technical set-up and later managing monthly distribution, topic discovery, episode research and outlines, title ideation and social promotion.

Within 6 months of launch, the podcast reached more than 10,000 downloads. While I was working on the podcast, the average episode was listened to five times more than the average podcast episode, and two episodes received more than 1,200 downloads, ranking them among the top 20% most listened-to podcast episodes.
